We believe in breeding for health, beauty, and loving dispositions! Buyer pays all Shipping costs. Most the time the puppies can be shipped between 10-12 weeks old. Sometimes we will keep then longer. I would recommend picking them up and I can meet you sometimes. SHIH
TZU'S' ONLY is committed to offering healthy, happy and well socialized Shih Tzu babies.
DEPOSIT
for the puppy and must be received within 3 working days of you picking out your puppy. I must also receive with in 3 days the signed print out of the following items warrantee, and credit card form if paying your deposit by credit card. Please send priority mail, by check or money order. If payment is not received by 3 business days, puppy goes up for adoption. Make sure you can accept the responsibility of a puppy as deposits are non-refundable!
BALANCE due by the time they are 7 weeks old, balance due must be paid by , cash, or USPS money order. Sorry, no personal checks for balance due unless a personal check is sent 3 weeks before delivery of puppy for check to clear. This avoids hassle at time of delivery. Shipping costs or mileage must be added into the balance due. If balance due is not received at 7 weeks or when the baby is ready to home the deposit is forfeited, contract is void, and the puppy will be placed up for adoption.
THERE IS A 2.3% ADDITIONAL FEE, FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS, AS THAT IS WHAT I AM CHARGED.
CREDIT CARD NO CHARGE BACK POLICY
I the person on this letter have paid for a Puppy using my Credit Card to A buddy for you DBA SHIHTZUS' Only I agree to fore go ANY charge back for ANY reason under their NO REFUND policy. I understand that any problems will be dealt with outside of a charge back credit directly with SHIHT ZUS' ONLY I Understand I will NOT be credited back on my Credit card account for any reason if I cancel the sale, or are dissatisfied with purchase.
SHIH TZU'S' ONLY will refund any money charged by check when proof of refund is deemed necessary. If any court actions have to take place they must be done in Lawrence County Missouri. Puppies that are picked up are ready to go to their new homes at 10-12 weeks.

PERSONAL DELIVERY:
MY MOMS FRONT DOOR DELIVERY SERVICE:
My mom offers a delivery service to any where in the US. Her fee to fly a
puppy is all expenses and $100.00 You will have to arrange her flight there
and back home. If she needs to stay the night before she can fly home those
arrangements will also need to be made. If you would like her to drive the
puppy home to you then her fee is $50.00 a day plus expenses. She will drive
any where in the US weather permitting.

Or Springfield MO.
The cost for shipping is 250.00 in the U.S. We will arrange all the flight schedules for you. You will need to call the airport 24 hours in advance to make sure the flight has no changes. We will give you the name of the Airlines it is on there phone number, flight number and conformation number before shipping. Sometimes the shipping can be difficult if it is over 75 degrees. We might have to ship at night or early in the morning. This might mean it will be an inconvenient for you/us but it is best for the puppy. No puppy can be shipped until they are big enough or old enough. Most puppies will be shipped when they are 11 weeks old. But once in a while we will have to wait until the puppy is bigger. Due to size or weight.
You will be required to show a picture ID before you can pick up your puppy.
Please Note:
We reserve the right, at our soul discretion, to determine when the puppies are ready to be shipped out. I do my very best to get your puppy to you as soon as possible, but there are sometimes delays. Inclement weather conditions (i.e. too hot or too cold), hazardous driving conditions, flight schedules and puppy development, are all out of my control. Understand that I will NOT ship a puppy unless I feel that the conditions are safe, and that the puppy is ready to make the trip. I do this to ensure that your puppy will arrive to your home safe and healthy, and thank you for your understanding.
